Growing up in a small town in Northern Italy, Andrea Manfe owner and master roaster has coffee flowing through his veins and shares this passion with his customers. With years of experience working with leading coffee brands in Italy and Australia, Andrea takes great pride in roasting every bean with the correct combination of heat, airflow and timing to deliver the perfect cup. Artecaffe' has grown considerably since opening in 2005. The Roastery is located in Hornsby on the north shore of Sydney. All the coffee is roasted on site using a 30 kg European made Joper coffee roaster selected by Andrea for its consistency and reliability |
